1Acceptance of Terms of Use

3Account Usage & User Responsibilities

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Funds held in a Kerahoki account must be obtained through legitimate means and must not be the proceeds of any illegal activity.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

Kerahoki offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be stated in each respective promotional offer.

The general terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions on Kerahoki are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover/Wagering): Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a limited validity period. Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will expire automatically.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

The Kerahoki platform offers a wide range of digital entertainment products, including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League and EPL football, badminton, cricket, e-sports, and over 30 other sports), and table games. Each game category has its own rules that must be followed.

General terms applicable to all forms of betting and gameplay on Kerahoki:

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Kerahoki system are final and cannot be cancelled.
• Kerahoki reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of technical errors or obvious odds errors.

• Colluding with other users to exploit the system (e.g. chip dumping in poker games)

• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process

The software and technology systems used on the Kerahoki platform are protected by international copyright law. Any attempt to reverse engineer Kerahoki's software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10Account Suspension, Closure & Freezing

Kerahoki reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Circumstances that may lead to such action include:

• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or illegal activity

Users also have the right to close their Kerahoki account at any time by contacting the customer support team. In the event of account closure at the user's request, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.
